What is WokManeja HRMS?

WokManeja HRMS (the WokManeja Business Suite) is a web-based HR management system that covers employee records, leave, timesheets, payroll, VNPF and finance in one place. It's built in Port Vila for Vanuatu and Pacific businesses.

Does it calculate VNPF automatically?

Yes. VNPF contributions are calculated automatically in every pay run, and each employee record holds their VNPF number.

Can businesses outside Vanuatu use it?

Yes. It works for Vanuatu out of the box, and its flexible tax engine and localisation settings let us configure it for the legal and payroll rules of any country.

How much does the HRMS cost?

USD $3 per user per month, with unlimited employees. Implementation (configuration, data migration and staff training) typically ranges from $5k to $15k, depending on your setup. Prices exclude VAT.
